About Us

Justin Stanlick is the Director of Wildcats Elite Hockey, a premier player development program founded in 2006.With nearly two decades of experience in elite hockey training, Justin has worked with players across youth, high school, junior, collegiate, and professional levels, including athletes who have advanced to the NHL, AHL, KHL, and DEL. From 2009–2016, Justin was a co-founder of Cutting Edge Ice Academy, where he helped build and lead a comprehensive skills-based development model centered on high-repetition training, hockey IQ, and long-term player growth. During that time, he gained extensive experience designing programs, coaching at a high level, and working with athletes pursuing advancement at competitive levels. Justin’s coaching philosophy emphasizes creating competitive, detail-driven environments that challenge players to improve their skills, confidence, and decision-making — preparing them for success at the next level and for a lifelong passion for the game.
