Refund Policy

Effective October 2026

Camps, clinics and single-day sessions: registrations are non-refundable. If Wildcats Elite cancels a day (weather, rink closure, coach illness), you will receive a credit for the full amount toward any future Wildcats Elite program, or a refund if you prefer. If your skater cannot attend because of injury or illness, email justin@wildcatselite.com before the session starts and we will issue a credit toward a future program. No-shows are not credited.

Spring League and team fees: non-refundable once rosters are set. Before rosters are set, fees are refundable less a $50 administrative charge.

Private and small-group training: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full credit. Inside 24 hours the session is charged.
