Effective October 2026

By registering a skater with Wildcats Elite LLC you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, that the skater is in good health and able to participate in ice hockey training, and that the skater will wear full protective equipment at every on-ice session.

Hockey carries a risk of injury. You accept that risk on behalf of your skater and release Wildcats Elite LLC, its coaches and Ice Vault Arena from claims arising from ordinary participation, except where caused by negligence. You authorize Wildcats Elite staff to seek emergency medical care for your skater if you cannot be reached.

Photos and video taken at programs may be used in Wildcats Elite marketing unless you opt out by email to justin@wildcatselite.com.

Programs run at Ice Vault Arena, 10 Nevins Rd, Wayne, NJ 07470. Schedules may change; we will notify you at the email on your registration. Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
